Let's get a big flag on the Kop.

Anybody got one or know anybody who has? Are there any plans for one?

As long as it has a fire safety certificate they should let it in.

But for really big flags it's best to contact the club in advance - 0114 253 7200 and ask to speak to the safety officer.

Bit late in the day, I'd imagine.

I know there's a big 'un which the Handsworth lot used to lug around but it's in the style of the Adkins-era home shirt...not the best.

I tried ages ago to get in touch with the club and sort something like this but got nothing back. Hopefully the club will do something (not holding my breath).

Just make the place as red and white as possible, that has to be the goal. Crowd out the piggy lot. A flag could help with this.

What about the “We Hate Wednesday” one?

If only. It's far too offensive and upsetting. It says hate on it and that makes me sad.

The owner has been threatened with legal action if he uses it again.

The club should be encouraging things like flags for a game like this but they're far more likely to make it hard for us.

Is it fire safe?

Where's that big one from the 90s? I know I was only a nipper but it seemed to fill the Kop
The huge one, think we took it to the semi at Wembley was either owned or looked after by a guy that owned a shop in Bakewell. I think I read on here that it eventually started to rot as it wasn't stored properly

perhaps editing it to ‘i am not particularly enamoured with Sheffield Wednesday’ ?? might do the trick

Change it to "We ate Wednesday", we did in September, something not 2 4 get

There was another we hate Wednesday at Cardiff when we played wolves.

Au contraire. Just seen the design proof at a local printers. 50ft X 30ft. Managed to take a sneaky pic....

How about hanging the following from the BLUT with a downward arrow.

"We're not really fond of you, mainly due to you visions of grandeur and perceived ideas of being massive. P.S Your gaffer looks like a rat"

I quite like you're idea, but alongside the big arrow we should have the lyrics for wings of a sparrow. Just so the neutral TV viewers can partake :D

Confiscation and arrest wasn't it?

We should get 10000 mobbed up outside the Cricketers. Acting Chief Superintendent Walter Mitty would shut the City down.

What happened to the Wilder flag we were planning? How amazing would it be to unveil that on Friday!?
