Can't be reight.....
it's the illuminati confusing us...
we never shooooot
:rolleyes::tumbleweed:

Well done lad. I've been wanting Utd to put on their shooting boots for a while. Thomas can still be a top asset for us going forward.

As much as it has been a delight to watch some of Utd's play at times this season, I can't help but feel that sometimes we over play it slightly and try to find that 'perfect' pass. Not a bad trait but a few more shots at goal to make the opposition keeper work more wouldn't go amiss.

Super duper strike..why did he come off at half time ?
View attachment 35276

I have heard he pulled up with an injury and Wilder was replacing him with Slater but he went other to wilder and told him he wanted to continue playing. The kid just wanted to play as long as he could because he is desperate to prove himself and hopefully get in the team. I just hope he hasn't made his injury worse and pushed himself even further back by trying so hard to prove himself.

They were saying he came over and took a few puffs of an inhaler...he spoke to CW who had Slater ready but then let Thomas stay on...so might be something to do with that.

Perfect opportunity for him to stake a claim and he’s done that. Couldn’t be more pleased for him. Having said all that did he do anything else of note?

It was 30 yards out according to Radio Sheffield - that means 12 yards outside the penalty area; about 22 yards in reality, but a great strike anyhow!
