old fella took me in late 70's he use to take me to random games, hooked and became my team

77 v c palace was my first game, big game at feethams in 82

I live in a little place called Newbiggin by the sea, about 20 miles north of Newcastle. I left Sheffield when l was 20, 40 years ago .
I have always supported the Blades. I live next door to a Sunderland fan, so it's been a good season so far.

In addition to here, there are a good few NE Blades on the Exiled Blades group on FB.. Boro, Newcastle and a few others. Might be worth contacting them too as I think some of those guys meet up and travel together already...Might boost numbers for a bus from time to time?

Or Seabiggin as it's affectionately called NB. Sheffield born myself (4th generation Blade) but spent my formative years in Morpeth. Love the North East and whenever I drop down through Gateshead and catch my first glimpse of the Tyne Bridge, a little piece of me still feels like I'm coming home
