It was generally a very poor atmosphere again today. I think there was a palpable nervousness throughout the crowd given the last 6 games but we were never under threat.

It didn’t help that Sunderland were so poor and offered literally nothing going forward - it was almost too easy I guess.

Our fans turn up in numbers but these days, it seems like it has to be a special occasion for any atmosphere to be maintained. Piss poor really. Our lads deserve so much more. Having said that, Villa was good.

There's always an influx of tourists on Boxing Day.
They'll be hoping next season it's Pep or Jose and the hope of catchin' themselves on the MOTD highlights.

That should change if the idea takes off.

What it's currently like shouldn't be a reason for those supporting the idea not to go up there and play their part in kicking it off. We need as many as possible. Every single one makes a difference.
