Spent many hours in this pub, Albert Inn on Sutherland St. I worked across road in Firth Browns Norfolk bar mill for a period in the 70's and the Albert was our preferred boozer, great pint of magnet kept by Len Roe, the landlord at that time.
The millhands preferred the Plumpers (Tetley house) across road.
Us maintenance men had more discerning tastes.
Len Roe came from Park Hill, knew all the family. Nice bloke, later had the Wooidburn.
