Anyone else starting to think we are getting a bit of luck at last?
The Brum “offside” goal and decidedly "soft" penalty decision
The Bromby goal at Coventry
It’s been a long time since we had some luck

Shhh! You might scare it off :D

I think we have to make our own luck... and without getting in the positions we've got in, we wouldn't have the slightly dodgy goals to show for it.

What is nice to see is that the goals are coming from all over the field. James Beattie wasn't the only person who knew where the goal was after all!

I just want to see our new signing Jonny Rockliff score.

Paul Walker was musing over the fact that we don't have a talisman anymore - someone to look to to score goals - I have to say that was one reason why I was edging towards being happy about Beattie leaving. I think we'd got to the stage where the players as well as the fans were relying on him too much.

Our squad now is far more "united" and I am delighted.

Knowing our luck, the good luck will come to an end at the play-off final, or the last day of the season - just when it matters.

If we get all the good luck we are due from the last 40 odd years we will be promoted this season and go on to win the Premiership next season and the Champions League the year after.
