IFollow: Hows it going?

I know there has been lots of threads regarding this but I keep encountering the same problem. Even when trying to watch the news videos never mind the live games it just says play back problems please try again later. This happens on my chrome laptop although not on my iPhone. Please could anybody throw any light on this

This is bloody useless. Their live chat told me to "double check your details" and now hasn't responded for another 15 minutes. Terrible customer service. The app was working, but now is telling me to 'upgrade your account'

I've had the same thing, mainly on windows, re starting my router seems to fix it, so I'm thinking it's IP related.

Should do yeah, assuming you have an IP address that's outside the UK.... The way I use it is through a browser, so I assume that's the way it'll work in iPad.

Maybe, but the service is hit or miss. Sometimes great, other times shite. Customer support is 100% shite

HELP!!! Trying to watch through the app on the iPad it keeps telling me that I need to upgrade my subscription which isn't true! Can I watch it through a web page on the iPad instead of the app? If someone could post a link that would be great!

Stuff I've figured out so far:

The ios/android apps are pretty bad at checking subscriptions etc. The you need to update your subscription error can be fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling.

If all you have on you is your mobile devices, you can't watch and listen to the commentary together or it will complain. E. G. You can't watch on your tablet and listen to your phone at the same time.

If youre on desktop then you can just open multiple tabs and it works. Really annoying if you go somewhere without a desktop computer.

I really wanted to pay a fiver to watch the match today, bit was unable to log in to my account on both my mobile and netbook. The mobile gave an "upgrade account" message with no option to buy the game. The laptop gave a password reset message, but I didn't get link to change the password until KO time.

By that time was happily watching a dodgy stream for free, the quality of which was ironically near-perfect. Certainly the best so far, better than any game I've paid for on iFollow.

iFollow is absolute wank in my opinion. They should sack whoever created this awful platform and consider starting from scratch. They also need to employ people who know what they are talking about as customer support, not people who fob you off and send you cut-and-paste replies that are not relevant to your issue. Feel sorry for fans who have subscribed for the full season.

My "friend in America" didn't report any issues today... but watched at 360p throughout. They usually report the stream stuttering in the second half but it was ok today.

I get the second half stuttering. I hadn't thought anything of it since Philippines internet is wank. But since reading this thread, I've realised I experience this too - first half is always fine, 2nd half more jittery. I watched a game on my phone for the first time recently (Wolves) and had this same experience as on my laptop.

I came into this thread to ask why the games are never uploaded in full despite this being promised in the summer? I've emailed them just now and expect to be fobbed off.

moDtheGod they'll fob you off and tell you that the full match video is uploaded in Full a day or so after the match.

give it a few secs for the bouncing ball to stop, then click Watch now and the screen will come up below

The service has been working great so far, although I wouldn't mind an even beter bitrate/resolution for the feed. The only real letdown is the lack of commentary. It can be solved via a secondary tab in Chrome but it's a bit of a hassle to make it in sync. It's also not possible when watching through the app. This needs to be sorted.
