As it happens, most disable supporter from SUFC boycotted the game. I was a carer for a disabled supported and was not comfortable on our way out of the ground. The police helped us through the baying crowd.

Not sure any comment on here so far has sought to put our club down. You may disagree with the criticism of the behaviour of individuals without a full knowledge of the facts, but as I understand it those making these comments are seeking to preserve the good name of the club.

I agree that the post are done with good intention, but posting stories without the full facts in hand does nothing but fan the flames. I wholeheartedly believe that should any of these stories turn out to be true then they deserve full condemnation through all channels (including social media) but like with all things, I would hold back from posting them until they are proven, as in this day and age falsehoods gain a lot of traction through social media and even when those stories are proven false the damage has already been done

No disabled people, but apparently an 80 year old woman was attacked by a blade in colours (along with her daughter and granddaughter). There's absolutely 0% chance this happened, it's laughable

A fine sentiment, and as an oldie, I agree with the spirit of it. But times have changed, and instant comment is the norm. I always include an aside ('if this is true' etc.), but if no comment is made, it is assumed that we all approve of what went on at Middlesbrough, against Norwich, etc.). This forum would be empty if everyone waited for the facts.

Just seen a video of the thug element of our fans throwing bottles at cars on London rd. It's embarrassing to say the least and will tarnish our recent reputation further. I don't know what's going on at the moment but it seems that some of our fans think they are big time Charlie's since our promotion. Sick of seeing and reading about this stuff. I'm not condoning the violence but the comment from a lass in The Bessemer via The Star website made me laugh. Whilst it was kicking off she had said "I went and got a refund on the dessert we had ordered and asked to leave". It must have been bad to give up a slab of chocolate cake. The bloke whose Facebook page is it posted from is called Jed Baum and is less than whiter than white himself. He associates with the OCS, and has got links with the far right looking through his facebook page.

It happened in his words "just after the game" which was impossible as we was kettled just outside the ground for a good 20-25 minutes, and on Parkside Road where United fans weren't allow to go.

Just for good measure he has offered £1000 to whoever gives him the name of the people who have alleged done it, which is effectively putting a bounty on someone's head if they did it, which is very doubtful they did.

I've reported to SYP so they can make their own investigations, although there is a woman also claiming the Parkside Cafe have got it on CCTV, so I imagine that would help SYP detect the people reponsable for the crime, and there is another woman screenshotting pictures of the Facebook profiles of a couple of kids she claims attached her as well.

Personally. I'm calling bullshit on it all.
