Shit day. Sat around waiting for others.
Ok then. Try this one;Adkins isn't an ex ref so he isn't on the panel for these type of incidents, it's only ex refs.
Adkins is on the panel that decides whether precious fannies have conned a ref by diving to get penalties or a player sent off etc. If Norwich's antics had been referred he'd have had enough work to last until Christmas.
How can three people not arrive at a majority decision?"When we receive allegations of this type, we send the footage to three ex-referees to examine,” a spokesperson told The Star this morning. “They look at it on their own, without consulting with each other, and must come to a majority decision that a red card offence has been committed. In this instance, they were unable to come to a majority decision.”
I think that's right. For me it was always a second booking that Coutts missed out on, not a straight red. If they only rule on red card offences then we appear to have been quite fortunate – we've got away with a likely second yellow and one match ban, and the FA are powerless to do anything about it. Happy days!
That's odd. It was out of the question earlier today. Send me the invoice along with the Wednesday photos.
That's four out of five days for me. The other day is everyone screaming at me because I can't deal with the twenty things I've been waiting for simultaneously when they all arrive at the same time.Shit day. Sat around waiting for others.
Yes, no, maybe. How can three people not arrive at a majority decision?
Where was it out of the question? Smoke and mirrors, this. What Wednesday photos? And what's the address?
How can three people not arrive at a majority decision?
#357.
The Wednesday photos that dominate the sports pages.
Of course I'll let you have my address on a public medium.
Or Yes, No and Graham Poll's a dick.As indicated later in the thread it should be unanimous rather than majority. But one way would be for the 3 to have decided Yes, No, and Unsure.
The closer we get to Sunday's game, the more you appear to be on edge fella. What is it the young 'uns say? Take a chill pill, or summat like that. Slow day in the creative writing department?
Fink u stil getin em mixt up bruv?
Oh the wisdom of the elder forum user.....could well be true, must pay attention, but there's still a modicum of accuracy in what I say Snowey!
Less of the fuckin elder Jesus. Last time I lie about my age to sign up.
Majority decision 'THAT A RED CARD OFFENCE HAS BEEN COMMITTED'How can three people not arrive at a majority decision?
In which case only 1 had to decide it wasn't a red card offenceAs indicated later in the thread it should be unanimous rather than majority. But one way would be for the 3 to have decided Yes, No, and Unsure.
Phew , thank God that's cleared up ....Majority decision 'THAT A RED CARD OFFENCE HAS BEEN COMMITTED'
So, at least 2 felt that it wasn't a red card offence.
I have baby unicorns for sale.......
In which case only 1 had to decide it wasn't a red card offence
Yes, as I've already said. I was explaining though how it's possible for 3 people not to reach a majority decision.
At the risk of legalistically confusing matters further, it depends upon the burden and standard of proof.
What are you on about? The closer we get to Sunday's game, the more you appear to be on edge fella. What is it the young 'uns say? Take a chill pill, or summat like that. Slow day in the creative writing department?
Yawn seems to be my stock reply when you’re boring me to tears.Even the Wolves fans?
"Yawn" seems to be your stock reply when on the back foot, which seems to be a permanent state of affairs as you blunder along constantly getting things wrong and carrying on regardless.
In this case burden and standard of proof are the opinions of the members of the video panelAt the risk of legalistically confusing matters further, it depends upon the burden and standard of proof.
