No you said Wilder does not know who he is after in Jan and I said I bet he does. I bet he also has plans in place for next summer based on which division we will be in.

I'll correct you, you mentioned 5 names of players that Wilder would be chasing come January. I asked you to confirm this....then you enter into a "You said-I said-You said" version of what happened. I was factual, all you've done is suggest something that cannot be backed up.

I do partially agree with some of your points, just think you take it too far.

If you think we had a poor window then what about Brentford?
They sold their captain and best defender Harley Dean and also sold their best player Jota.

Rumoured the Rumours board is a bit redundant now there are no loans.

Wonder if anyone will get clever to circumnavigate the rules by cancelling contracts and becoming free agents so they can sign for other clubs.

That or sit on their arses until JTW if they can't get in 1st teams.
 
I would think Devante Cole and Leonard will be top of our list in Jan.

Yes we would have liked them now, but cut price deal in Jan would suit us just nicely in current circumstance.

Depending where we are in January will I think determine what we do in that WIndow.
Seems like influences beyond our control stopped some deals.
Cloughs had our pants down with Brayford I think Wilder was determined it wasn't going to happen with any other clubs.
Of all the aging strikers at this level maybe we have got the best one available Donaldson's goal scoring record is good !
Hopefully he's come home to Yorkshire to finish his career with a flourish.As long as he's fit he will be very useful short term.
 
Whoever we sign in January, I'd be surprised if it is anyone strongly linked.

I can't think of a player we have signed that has had much interest on this section of the board until perhaps, late on. Wilder keeps his cards close to his chest and rightly so.

I often thought that would be a good idea however the rules say they have to be a free agent before the transfer window shuts so if someone gets released today and is a free agent they have to still wait until January
