Plenty of places. There's an Irish bar on the corner of the square in the Reeperbahn, or just look for any Irish bar in that vicinity.

Can't recall wanting to try and watch a UK based game on TV either time I went to Hamburg I'm afraid, but G&J's suggestion seems as good as any

There's loads of bars full of football nuts in St Pauli, can't remember the name of any specifically but there's one or two that have tvs on during the day and they'll happily put the game on and watch it with you. Whether you're celebrating or drowning your sorrows there's plenty of titty bars just round the corner too.

Went to Hamburg a few weeks, oh dear, what a place.

I've been on weekends in Dublin, Prague, Amsterdam, Tallinn, but the Reeperbahn will destroy you, don't under estimate the place, it looks calm in the day but by night its a crazy, crazy place, all good though.

Anyway, plenty of bars have Sky, you'll have no problem finding somewhere to watch the match and chances are it'll be on Sky, 12.30pm KO most likely according to today's Star.

Heed the words a female security guard at Hamburg Airport told us, "the Reeperbahn will chew you up and spit you out" and it did.

I thought it was a relatively tame place when I was there last year .

It's a blokes place I'd say, plenty of ale, lack of sleep and some interesting places to visit.

One of the best cities I've been to but not tried the rest of Germany yet.
