Something funny going on at RS :/ all across the weekend RS had repeatedly told listeners that Monday nights football Heaven was a Blades promotion special, with guests, and Tuesday was the Doncaster Rovers special. No one from the club were in the studio, did they refuse or decline the offer to attend? Explain that.

I would expect with the relationship with the local clubs, they would have checked their facts with both clubs, at which point I think they would have been told to keep it quiet for a week. Neither club have made a statement of any kind which says a lot to me.

A decision like this hasn't been made out of the blue by United, but has been carefully planned - Including timescale and damage control. The club has a difficult political situation to manage now, as we can't use it as the ostensible reason to ban them. I'd just put interviews direct to the website and give minimal exclusives. They need us more than we need them, especially in the age of modern media.
