Sly , Subversive , Sardonic , and Occasionally Hilarious . These fuckers lead through facts of film history and the vagaries of human nature . Very educational . Back to RS and Ched bringing past to life .

Can't ever remember Stallone being sardonic. Not sure about subversive even.
Fecking hilarious at times though.Adrian! Adrian!

I can remember Stallone being in a good film before he was really famous,i think it was about union corruption, and of course he showed us what a great goalkeeper he was in Escape to Victory,Football and the Nazis, what more could you ask for in a film?

Fucking forum Police should be out doing their job rather than stopping people having fun.

This is how the Nazi Germany forum started.
Was that NazisMad? I heard it got glitchy and full of adverts so all the posters invaded the Poland4SU forum and fucked it right up.

I've gone straight for the last page to look for the latest Ched news only to find a debate about acting!

Surely deserving of infractions for Pinchy Sean Thornton and itsinyerblood . how off topic is that ?

And to make matters worse the debate is about a bunch of yankee pretenders and not a word about Gordon Kaye or Paul Shane.
Finest all round entertainer ever to come out of Rotherham. Vastly underrated actor, singer and comedian with a true mastery of pathos.

Wasn't Studio 5,6 and 7 down the Wicker then with it's XXX Films ;)

Cineplex was on the balcony at Pond Street. Near the Friary, where, when microwave ovens came out, one of the staff would die every week as their organs were cooked whilst warming pies. True story.

Ah yes the Cineplex, I must have been so many times especially when Rocky 4 came out. Gutted whem Apollo Creed got killed.

First ever film I saw was When the North Wind Blows, my Uncle took me to the ABC to see that. Same guy who played Grizzly Adams was in it I think.

And bloody hell, I've had loads of pies from the Friary. In fact I've had loads of pies, full stop.

Apollo Creed " ain't gonna be no rematch " actor/singer Carl Weathers. Good voice.

How did Adrian transform from a shy imbecile into a bit of a darling with excellent grammar? And what happened to Butkus?

Yes, the tranformation of Adrian is a mystery. Chronically lacking in confidence, no amount of money would change that. But I suppose it suited the purposes of the storyline.

I think Paulie got drunk one night, got the munchies, and ate Butkus.
