Call ups

Not been trawling through posts to see if this topic has been mentioned,apologies if it has,but when I here someone has been called up it's like saying one of the players has picked up an injury,dread it.

Any other players that this could be a possibility for?

It annoys me when we lose players to call ups. Especially when we're in the thick of a battle to either get promoted or stay up.

If I was a player I'd say no because I know who pays my wages and the importance results are to my employer. Tournaments are different I suppose but friendlies....tell em where to go.

Agree . Rather players playing for us , so we don't finish up with a weak side or postponed game . Perhaps being selfish I know but promotion is key and who pays the wages as you say .

Depends who I played for. Blades maybe but any other club, fuck 'em, when they've had enough of me they'll move me on, I'll always be English.
