Umbro are THE best kit makers. Adidas ok definitely not Nike. The England and man city kits have no class. Puma are just bland same with Macron. Some of the Umbro kits were superb. The retro 1930's kit we had in 92-93 with lace up collar is best shirt we've ever had. Some of their away tops and keeper tops were class too.

Agree. Nike are very generic and not as good quality as adidas. England shirt is shit. Our kit this season is good but the shirts the adidas elite clubs get are easily the best. As we won't get one of those (yet) I'd like Umbro. Happy to stick with adidas though.

It was in the accounts that we've signed a new 4 year deal with adidas based on the fantastic sales of the past 3 season.

Is that something viewable online? Just wondering if it is deffo a new deal rather than the original 4 year deal we signed. Hope so.

Pretty sure it's still just the original deal. Nothing has been announced about an extension as far as I'm aware.

It would make sense to leave it until both adidas and ourselves know where we are next year.

For example, if we were to be promoted, we'd probably sell more shirts and would be in a better position to negotiate a more favourable deal with adidas or another supplier.

I have to agree with vorpal blade, the simpler the better as far as kits are concerned, not least the manufacturing.

Red and white striped shirt, black shorts and for me white socks (can live with black). Never liked black in the shirt, or solid colour backs. Not bothered who the maker is, but the winner for me sticks to the above.
