The photo is taken from the program for 2-1 home defeat to Ipswich Town on the 20th of March 1976, it is a shot of the previous weekends home defeat to Wolves by 4-1 in which Johnstone scored our only goal. The caption to go with the photo reads "The quickness of the foot deceives the eye! The United team that day was, Brown, Franks, Garner, Flynn, Colquhoun, Bradford, Woodward, Johnstone, Guthrie, Currie, Edwards, substitute was Calvert.
