Man Utd and Man City have allegedly bid a combined fee of £60M for Kyle Walker and Danny Rose.

That would be a significant sell on clause coming our way should it come off.

Doubtless, Spurs would claim £58M will be for Rose and £2M for Walker though and we'd somehow owe them

Are they going to share them?

Do we know for sure of any sell on clause and the percentage it might be? And how much of it will be used to maintain the desso pitch?

It obviously won't happen mid season, and there's no way Tottenham would sell both.

Knowing our luck Walker will retire there.

Didn't Spurs manage to wiggle out of paying us a sell on fee when Kyle Naughton went Swansea?

Rose, unlikely.

Walker is more of a possibility. The lad Trippier has always done well for them when he's come in and they could decide to cash in and invest the money elsewhere.

If Stones is worth 50m Walker is worth double, OK he's not but the world is crazy and Walker would be one hell of an asset to either Manchester clubs.

Thought you were about to say "..if Stones is worth 50m, Wards is worth double..."

Just for the older beer drinkers out there

Spurs are getting a new stadium and somewhat in transition. These lads are at max market value...

Walker and Rose are the cornerstone of everything good about Spurs right now - they would be crazy to sell them, especially to a rival in the PL

Didn't spurs get into trouble over a transfer a few years ago and got fined for an irregularity?

I think we got £8 million for both Kyle's split as £6 million Naughton £2 million Walker. When Naughton got sold to Swansea for £5 million so if Walker goes should be a nice little tickle.

No club would ever be daft enough to sell two full backs in the same transfer window
i think kyle might well be interested in a move back up north to either of the manchester clubs but i doubt spurs would sell but if he did go and harry went to boro we would be in for a nice little windfall for our championship adventure

I know Levy runs a tight ship where finances are concerned but they would be mad to sell either to a title rival, never mind both! If they do decide to sell Kyle we could let them have Brayford for £10m.

There's a great article in last nights Evening Standard about them both.

Rose is a Donny lad, Kyle obviously is Sheffield through and through but both of them are happy and settled with family down here and very much looking forward to playing a big part in the next few years with Spurs and England of course. Both are reportedly on @ £70k a week.

It would therefore be a big surprise if either of them were to move away from Tottenham.

Only MORONS read The S*N...

Sorry to upset you Morons.

Count yerselves lucky it wasn't the Daily M**l readers...
They're far, far more more MORONIC.

X
both manchester clubs could double both players salaries lets see how settled they are then money talks

A tidy sell on of a few mill coming our way would be very welcome if it does materialise.

Would go a long way to appeasing those who thought we let Kyle go too early and too cheaply.

Or would it? ;):D

If we buy Walker back when he's 34 for 500k do we get 10% of what we paid back?

These are the questions.

Didn’t we benefit from this type of arrangement when we bought Billy Sharp back from Scunny? Think we had a 25% sell on clause and bought him back for £2million meaning we would actually have paid £1.5 million?

Think the 10% is on any profit Spurs make on Walker with the Naughton sale they made no profit so we got 10% of £0 so fingers crossed if they do sell we are on for nice pick up
