My prediction: some half-arsed protest by two or three Cov fans (who don't even make it onto the pitch). Lots of piss-taking as a result.

Blades take the piss on the pitch too. Fleck orchestrating.

Coventry 1-2 Blades

Sordell 21'...............Fleck 33', Sharp 70'

It will be a tough game and quite a good game, closely fought with plenty of football being played.

Cov 4 Blades 1

Satan and his son nailed on to start and we are long overdue a hammering for our nefarious satanic dalliances .

Unless Basham and Done are exorcised from our ranks it's all going to end in tears

Tufty 3:16:14.

Form would suggest a 1-3 Blades win

But Coventry have actually been playing OK at home a lately.
They seem to create chances, have a good number of shots but (like us) struggle to covert their chances
due to a combination of poor finishing and bad luck.

We should win but I'll go for a 1-1 draw. Hope I'm wrong.

I just hope and pray we put on a performance on TV, 65% possession, 25 shots, 10 on target, the presenters creaming themselves about how our team play, a 0-3 win, just a normal United game really, oh and one other thing, jumping up and down in the pub and the Wendy fans having to sit and watch and begrudgingly accept how impressive we are, another carling moment.

I think we have the confidence and ability to score a few in this game, i'm sure they will come at us rather than park the bus so that should paly into our hands. I'm gonna have a punt on 3-1 win for Blades and reckon matty done's goal drought will end in a vardy-esque style hattrick (dreaming) but hope the lad gets one to shut the haters up.

Do people hate him? Why? I certainly don't. No-one should be subjected to hatred simply because they are not very good at football.

I shall be delighted if he does score a goal. It's an essential function for a striker. His failure to perform such function resulted in him losing his place in the team and will do again.

Bit rich calling someone "not very good at football" when they ply their trade at a professional level for 3rd tier football club.

Being in the top 1 percentile in his chosen job role makes him pretty good, I'd say. It's easy to call him "not very good" from the stands though, I guess... or on a forum.

We are a far better team when he is on the pitch. I don't care if he doesn't score all season he is proper handful for defenders and creates spaces for other players to get in goalscoring positions and ultimately score. That job is just as important. I am not privy to wilders tactics but would assume that his main focus is to create goalscoring opportunities.

Aah, the old "nightmare for defenders" myth. We'll be churning out the "pace" everyone used to say he had soon. In point of fact, defenders love playing against non-scoring strikers. The thought of any half-decent defender thinking, "Fucking hell I'm up against Runaround Nogoals on Saturday" is risible. The Swindon keeper must have been petrified as he saw who was bearing down on him to miss chances.

We'll be a far better team when he's not on the pitch in 2017.

Speaking to a Southend suporter earlier today and he said that Cov were utter gash and he couldn't believe the score wasn't more emphatic, should have put 5 past them etc etc and this from a team who don't score too many.
Cov will feel that they owe us after we mugged them at the Lane last season but I honestly can only see one winner here. Exasperated home crowd vs a vocal away following with a team/club on its arse against a team on fire.

0-3 :)

A great many singers and musicians who have chart hits are not very good. They are, however, better than me. So is Matt Done. It's all about context, dear boy.

You Runarounders are developing an unhealthy obsession.

Will Done be playing ?
I'm sure I've read some where that Mr Wilder has said "if you score your in the team", Lavery scored on Saturday Done didn't.....
