He needs to stop fannying about with it in the box and just fucking hammer one in.

He was looking for a penalty, when he should've just smashed it straight at goal, 9/10 it would have gone in, if he hit it away from the centre of the goal but he just didn't do anything to trouble the keeper.

It pissed me off so much when he received the ball, had space in front of him, then took it to his left foot, ran into their player and basically just jumped on the floor looking for the pen. JUST FUCKIN SHOOT!!!

Sorry for the negativity and am extremely grateful for the effort he does put in, running around as closing players down, but he also has a duty to score goals and get us a 2-0, 3-0 lead and put the game to bed

One trait I'm starting to hate not just this incident but sometimes it appears we are trying to score the perfect goal instead of just putting our laces through it. Look at Fleck and Clark at Chesterfield. OK it won't work all the time but I'd wager we'd get some goals from the 18-20 yard mark. The incident with Billy was frustrating I agree.

Are you referring to the chance in the second half where he won and controlled the ball on the corner of the box, had his back to goal, worked himself into the box with the defender pulling him, then half turned then defender tooK his legs away and he went down before getting a shot it ? Other than that I can't think of an incident where he didn't get a shot away however there was a shot he had in the first half where if he passed to Duffy the chance would have been easier . his form in front of goal had been below his recent standards the last couple of games thou.

May be that chance...from where we were it seemed to be that he was bearing down on the six yard box, the goal opened up on his left foot and he then spun back round the defender and went down...everyone round us was screaming for him to leather it...be good to see it again...

Looked that way to me too

3 on the trot where the oppo.should have been absolutely dead and buried by half time.

Hard to disagree but I haven't felt this positive for years, I cannot predict the future but I think we are going to get better and better this season, I wasn't sure about the appointment of Wilder, not against but not sure, well I am now, as I have said a few times this season, I am really enjoying the ride, I cannot believe how quickly I have got over the disappointment of yesterday's finish, it must be down to my confidence in our team, roll on Tuesday, lets have a 5-0.

Time to smash someone again and for Billy to get a hat trick.

Sorry Walsall...

I'd much rather have Sharp over-complicating it in the box than Clarke doing whatever it is that he does. If he's physically ready, I'd like to see Lavery start against Walsall.
