Owlstalk and owlsonline hate each other too. I used to laugh at that
"Hate each other too"????
Where`s hatred been shown on here?
A sense of superiority/resentment/pomposity by the likes of Swiss Blade certainly, but hatred? Sorry roy. Think and very much hope you`re wrong there. If not then we might as well all just pack in.
I see true hatred and disgust from the elder statesmen of the S2 forum
Nah,. Just trying to stir it up. I actually enjoyed reading this thread
Anyone remember at junior school when you weren't part of the popular group unless you had certain brands of clothing or trainers?
Do you remember how most of us grew up?

The SwissBlade's of this earth then, right I'm with you.The popular group all wore George Best side laced or Alan Ball white boots. .
Sounds like your still wearing double velcro Dunlop's![]()
I ran for Sheffield a few times. All my competitors and team mates had spike trainers wheras I wore shitty old Adidas Sambas. Often the kids in the very best gear were fucking awful runners
Why doesn't everybody just migrate to neutral ground, the third blades forum - CrossedBlades?
I had Hi-Techs. I even Tippexed a Nike swoosh on them. Didn't work though, they still thought I was a twat![]()
Its like News night with questions like that.
I'd rather McCabe and the board just ran the football club instead of answering 20 questions for school kids from Bladesmad.
To be quite honest, this forum has so many people from Bladesmad that its starting to become the new Bladesmad... which is a shame, 7 years i've been on this board and always had some good discussions, but its really going downhill
I was thinking, with the migration from blades mad this forum must have the largest population of blades on the internet.Alot of ST holders, away followers and blades who sink alot of cash into the club.
Surely its in a position to merit a bit of interaction with the club. In my suggestion tonight. McCabe.
Could the powers that be on here organise something like this. Say we get to ask 20 questions and the club write back with the answers for us on here. Theres enough blades on here to pull it off imo.
I know rs sometimes have a McCabe interview with fans but it always seems to be stupid questions like what did you have for breakfast kev? Or something so obvious it didn't need asking. Be good if we could decide together what we want to ask.
Not as an all out club bashing but stuff we would like to know. For example i'd like to ask given the recent big money investors in championship clubs, is the investment promised when we get there even significant anymore? Or since the princes arrival is he still actively seeking a buyer?
If this could be arranged im sure we could pull out some well thought questions for him and let us all have a better understanding of the off pitch position at the moment.
Just wondering if anyone had any thoughts about the influx of people from bladesmad on this site?
Have you ever attended a fans forum with him and thought of putting questions to him directly ?
Imagine the mood if the PIGS on BM enrolled on here.
Lots of sherry spilled, for sure there would.
I've attended three. McCabe is a brilliant politician, he can take a question/criticism, turn it inside out and put it back to the questioner (is that a word?), and leave them flummoxed.
Of course it doesn't help that the loudest critics at these forums aren't very articulate.
There's probably a very good case to be made against McCabe but nobody has put it directly to him as yet.

Did you drink in the Forty Foot at that time? It was a haven for Hi Techs?
Lord no, 'Fotty Foot' is far too close to the S6 Castle Greyskull for my liking.
Plus I was only 14 at the time, meaning that the only place I could get served was the Wincobank Hotel.
My local many years ago and I played football for both the Saturday and Sunday sides for a while.
Wincobank Hotel. Responsible for more drunken Hinde House pupils on the number 4 bus than any predatory paedophiles.
Quite right - fuck the cliqueAre you serious?
By far and away the most uttely pointless "contributions" as you would describe then come from long standing S2 posters.
Personally got no problems with anyone posting what they want within forum rules.
That`s democracy,as opposed to a jolly boys closed shop.
I started going about 17 years ago when Arnie and Audrey had it. Lovely couple but a bit out of their depth, a huge and very nasty brawl kicked off one night and they packed it in soon after.
I don't know, seems quite apt when you look at the Momentum bully boys lobbing bricks through other people's windows.Shred was a socialist, couldn't meet a nicer bloke and let's be honest, he was no shouter so your analogy referencing socialists would appear to be a poor one.
Maybe an evening with the young conservatives would have been more apt. Lot's of shouting, nobbing pigs heads and pissing on tramps, wouldn't catch a socialist anywhere near that sick shit.
Yeah coz only left wing idiots do that.I don't know, seems quite apt when you look at the Momentum bully boys lobbing bricks through other people's windows.
I had an England shirt that had 4 lions on it,but they looked like meerkatsI once had a fake Adidas hoody that said "Adidad"
