Agree about George, it's probably his biggest weakness. Not sure if anything can be done about it. Maybe some kind of coaching but I'd like to think we've tried that? Stick him in the u21s and tell him he doesn't get back into the first team until he learns to shout properly? It might be easier for him to 'practice' with younger kids than players his own age and younger?

Sending him out on loan before the window shuts might be an idea. If I was him I'd push for a move anyway, try to get some confidence back and then see what happens.
