Now the dust has settled, here's my remaining strongest 11 who's been on form this season..

(Current injured players do count as their only short term but RND and Brewster are more for the end of the season by the looks of it.)

Wes

Anel Egan Clark

Bogle Norwood Doyle Lowe

Ndiaye McAtee

McBurnie

Cba with a bench either as picking 7 is a task its self with our decent squad.

I’d like to see Berge in the old Duffy role and maybe even Bogle in central midfield

Wes

Anel Egan Clark

Baldock/Bogle Norwood Doyle/Bogle Lowe

Berge

McBurnie NDiaye

Agree with that team OP other than it will be Berge for either Doyle or McAtee depending on the opposition.

Wes

Anel Egan Clark

Bogle Berge Norwood McAtee Stevens

Ndiaye McBurnie

4-1-3-2
Wes

Bogle
Anel
Egan
Lowe

Norwood

Doyle
Berge
Cupatee

Ndiaye
McBurnie

Norwood anchor man role
Berge in the box to box midfield role
Doyle defensive
McAtee attacking

----------------------------------Wes/loanee (if we can)------------------------

Baldock/Bogle---Anel/Bash--------Egan--------Clark/JLT-------Stevens/Lowe

-----------Doyle/Berge----------------------------------Coulibally/Osborn-----

----------------------NDaiye----------------------McAtee-----------------------

--------------------------Sharp/Jebbison/McBurnie-----------------------------

I wouldn't gamble on Davies any more. He's ploppy-bob. There's also the expected return of RND as an option at LWB/LCB and Brewster up front. I'll not even go there with the waste of a squad shirt that is O'Connell. Arblaster seems now not to be an option, strangely. We are still really vulnerable in LM, single bricking at CD/CDM and in the Attacking Midfielder slots. This Transfer Embargo didn't half arrive at a convenient moment, eh?

Our best XI:

Wes
Ahmedhodžić Egan Norrington-Davies
Bogle Norwood Doyle Lowe
Berge McBurnie Ndiaye

My only question mark to the above is that defensively Baldock is stronger and could be more suited to certain games on a rotational basis.

In the absence of Norrington-Davies, probably Clark, except for Burnley away, then Robinson 😉
