4-3-3 just feels like we're picking a formation to jam players in from what I can tell.

He needs to go back to Sharp and Sammon. It was working better then even though I think Done is a much better player. No height upfront.

Same old same old - wake up! you can try any combernation re the forward, the midfield, the defence but nothing will change - THEY ARE NOT GOOD
It is said by many on here every week that a little tweak her and there would sort it - no it won't THAY ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGH how loud do I have to shout!

Adams - inconsistent and now double marked.

It's the midfield stupid.....................still not solved the main problem - as for Centre half, don't get me started.

We continue to have a soft core - same old problem - never resolved - we keep trying options that will not work.

I have no issue with them running the channels. The issue is that when they are the midfield are not getting into the box

Yes I consider the midfield to be part of the attack. Sorry if that wasn't clear, thought it was tacit.

Its probaby a combination of things, all I know is the best performance of the season was Peterborough away. 2 early subs due to injury worked out for the best there. Midifeld 4 of JCR, Baxter, Basham and Adams with Sammon and Sharp up front.
