Yesterday, once again showed the inconsistency of referees. Couldn’t get the card out fast enough for us, yet Brentford just seemed to get off lightly for much of the game

Of course it’ll have been a shrug of the shoulders, we won and got three points.
We will be pissed off if it becomes a regular thing and he gets a 1 match suspension…

I said during Liverpool that the failure to book some of their players may seem to be trivial, but bookings build up to suspensions which could make or break a season of fine margins

The irony was that the ref wasted more time himself because of a ball behind the goal at the other end as they were trying a last launch into the box in 95th min
