Would you turn down a Hecky replacement?

I'm not advocating a Hecky replacement but you have to be realistic.

The Championship is bizarre this time around but despite our league position, so many games without a win and a good performance is naturally going to bring pressure on a manager with the squad Hecky has irrespective of injuries.

I have to hold my hands up, the last two performances especially with the players available have raised my concerns.
That’s about bottomed my thoughts

Has he superglued his arms in the fucking folded position as well?? He’s about as inspiring as watching Terry Griffiths talking about snooker safety battles. As for the fucking silent partners McCall and Lester doing their fucking Marcel Marceau impressions. All of them are cheapo options, I don’t blame them, blame those shitheads in the Bored Room.

This past week has got me thinking thoughts that I didn't have a week ago in terms of the team management.

The continued injuries and in McBurnie's case, apparent non-plussed approach to managing his injury by playing him for an extra 20 minutes just because he went close to scoring don't make sense when options were there.

The lack of 20 mins for Robinson when it is apparent that he will be needed sooner rather than later. It goes without saying the continued absence of attacking options being introduced in a game we'd go on to lose. He could have taken Osborn off and given him a run or McAtee without impacting his other changes.

Whether we care to admit it or not, Hecky is heading for a pivotal moment. Most other managers had a bad 4 game spell, but not 5 to my recollection, not if they were to remain.

1 point per game over 5 matches is relegation form. I don't know what you'd consider 0.4 points per game.

We certainly can't write off this season.

Next season will look so different without parachute payments if we don't go up. There will be a mass exodus of high earners, probably sold at a loss and a blooding of youth and loan players. Making top 6, even top half could be an achievement.

Whilst I've defended Hecky's right to give it a go, if you compare him and Dyche, ask yourself dispassionately who has the more potential upside?

You're basing it on blind faith alone if you conclude Hecky.

There is going to be a fine balance in the coming weeks of being patient and giving someone support through a trough, to not allowing the season to slip away after an excellent start.

Injuries have hampered progress but at which point do you own this? Was he unlucky last season? Still unlucky this season? Wasn't his time at Hibs derailed by injury? Thrice unlucky? Hmmm.

If we were Watford right now, he'd be packing his bags. Fortunately we're not but what credit he has gained at the club, let's be very clear, he's now eating into this.

If this happens then you will lead us to non league
Wasting your time silent he and one or two others are constantly on Heckis back .
He only just missed out on taking us up last season and has made a great start to this! Injuries are now taking there toll if you read the Examiner article it spells it out perfectly ( Hecki) playing players when they are not match fit, being injury free and up to match speed are miles apart that is a problem we are living with now.

What do you think Lewisham blade and cronies.?

That injuries have hampered progress is something of an understatement. Berge has been a huge loss in midfield and the lack of any fit left side defenders has meant the continuing inclusion of Basham, a one time very good player who is sadly getting past it, plus Osborn/ Khadra who both have significant limitations. Now RND has gone too, it is essential that we get at least two of Lowe, Bogle, Robinson, Clark and Stevens back asap.
