Drastic changes indeed. Transition or rebuild?

Up to 17 players leaving in one summer.

New players signed with different profiles and a real shift away from the 'same ow'd" approach, no more tired journeymen on big wages at the wrong stage of their careers.

New manager; focused and clear belief in a system of playing and the need to form a squad of players with character, mobility and optimism going forward; the spine of the team is already taking shape, the balance of the squad is nearly there.

Determination to integrate more Academy prospects into the first team squad.

Have the Board finally learned some lessons and will it all click into place?

Definition of 'Transition': the process or period of changing from one place, state or condition to another.
'Rebuild': To dismantle and build again

It's the football equivalent of a frontal lobotomy

Long overdue repairs ................ still more improvements to come, I hope

Someone needs to order a skip to tidy up the rubbish now ... :)

Haven't even kicked a ball yet and WWF has us as champions elect.

Leave it as it is and it'll be a transition.

Sign a few more of similar quality and it'll be a rebuild.

I'd love to have Bruce Springsteen back at the Lane, I was too young the first time he played.[/QUOTE
The sound for the posh seats wasn't great but , but for the rest of us up close and personal so to speak ,
this year at croker it wasn't bad , till the tax dodger came on to sing with Bruce , the prick .

Yup the save the poor of the world , while using his hotel in Dublin as a tax loss , and moving his other business.
concerns to Holland , to lower his tax bill even further , God bless those accountants .

To be fair I would still rank him behind Geldof as the biggest wanker in Ireland.
