I’m not happy with the entire setup at the moment, we’ve sold three players for over €20 million and we’re picking up lesser players at random from a lucky bag. I've seen some managerial duds over the years supporting this club, the usual suspects have already been named.
What I've not experienced is a coach, he's no manager by the way, who is so tactically inept, incapable of change, stubborn to the point of madness, pigheaded and oblivious to the the reality of what's happening on the pitch.
I despair at the way 'fans' on here slag off players such as Peck, who's being asked to do the job of a 3 man midfield on his own.
Yes he's been poor and reckless and was lucky not to be sent off, but he's trying to function in an impossible system.
It's a weaker squad than last season, thanks to the owners, but it should still be performing better than this.
Selles can't organise, man manage or motivate.
It's self inflicted misery from the club's absent owners. Are they brave enough to accept they've made mistakes in sacking the last manager and appointing this one or are they so full of hubris that they'll let this absolute shit show continue?

I agree with your final point, but at present we don’t have one unless the next 24 hours prove me wrong.
What really worries me is me is the apparent lack of ability to cross the ball into the box. It was the same last season and I don’t see it improving this.
