We couldn't do ANY of the basics right. Aimless, hopeless passes, headers, clearances. Absolutely f*****g awful.
No composure, just hit and hope.
Risky passes, hospital balls, just utter f******g wank.
They had acres of space, we only found a player with someone on his back after either an over-hit, under-hit, or mis-directed pass.
So, so frustrating.

Only Blackman and Baldock can take any credit. Not sure why we changed our shape and played without Duffy off the strikers but Wilder usually gets it right more than he gets it wrong. An all round bad performance.

Agreed we were terrible and that’s being generous. Slow, lethargic, lacking in any creativity. You could see they were leggy after three games in a week but then again we rotated a bit. I think we rotated the wrong ones though.

We are a win one lose one team I’m afraid and I stand by what I said a few weeks ago. This is our ceiling currently. We will finish mid table which given our expectations at the start isn’t bad at all.

Hull are awful by the way.

I thought we had a strong team out to start...but tonight we have have shown that we are not good enough....Duffy has to start every game and Leon needs a rest...he is rubbish...I was astonished that people were raving about him after qpr...we thought he was poor...play Brookes and holmes....we need some pace and dynamisism...Chris W this is the first test of your time here.

I agree with all the points made BUT.... we played only 3 days ago, I'd put this performance down to tired legs from Tuesday. We've got an additional day to cover compared to other teams played tuesday night so hopefully we'll have a bit more energy to smash Reading
