Awesome today. Baldrick put in a stormer and Stevens is just getting better and better. He has often lacked that final ball but today it was superb (the first time cross to Sharp in 2nd half was briliant). The way we play this position is crucial, too often it's slow and predictable hence why we don't always create many chances despite the build up play. Today was very different, quick, sharp and effective. Keep this standard up and the goals will flow.

Boldock certainly looks a better player when he's pissed off. Enda's defo gone up a level and looks to be enjoying himself. One from league 2, the other from league one eh!

How good is Edna Stevens seems like he now tries to take players on and puts in a quality ball
I’d say Stevens has been up there with Norwood for been the best player of the season.

That should really have been a goal – a great cross, with enough zip to it that Sharp needed to just direct it rather than worry about power, and with nobody around him it was a much simpler chance than the one he scored where he had to move his body back to direct the ball. He looked rightly annoyed with himself for the miss.

Baldock is a lot better than freeman , and freeman is a very good wing back.

Said before the game that Baldock (like Freeman) has to be in form to be at the level we need. He was certainly in form today, he was superb. His best performance of the season by a distance. Great energy and athleticism, and a threat going forward.
