To celebrate the start of Football Aid’s 06/07 season, Football Aid are running an exclusive competition with The Sheffield Telegraph to win the chance to play at Bramall Lane. Every Blades fans dream…
A little background info:
Football Aid is a fundraising organisation that gives all football fans (from the classic armchair supporter to the ardent season ticket holder) the chance to play for the team they love, at the stadium, in the strip, with a legend! All proceeds raised from the events go to Football Aid’s parent charity, Field of Dreams towards finding a cure for diabetes and also, a charity nominated by the participating Clubs. Further info can be found at www.footballaid.com.
The competition prize is a 45-minute position in the Football Aid game, taking place at Bramall Lane next April or May. It promises to be a day to remember from arrival at the players entrance, meeting your celebrity playing captains for the day, - who in the past have included the likes of Paul Beesley and Brain Gayle - changing into your personalised first team strip and have friends and family share the experience as you create your own piece of club history.
The competition will run in this Friday’s Telegraph (29th Sept) but for those who don’t want to leave things to chance, positions can be bought for as little as £250 by calling Football Aid on 0131 220 5999 and asking for Graeme, or email [email protected] for more info.
Thanks for supporting Football Aid!
Graeme.
