No mate I didn't, loads up here booked at the start of the season into hotels that you can cancel up to 24 hours notice. I'm a simple man living a simple life, I never go for that sort of forward thinking, just one of those live for the day characters. So, I spent last Wednesday booking things, I didn't really look around TBF, I probs could have got a discount at Union Jack club in Waterloo, but I'd already booked by I thought of that. Like I've said I'll have a great day out come what may.

Feel like i Picked the wrong bar but still- national Stadium- you expect much better-it was like all they were not expecting people to turn up for a drink. Hull game was done well-pre poured-then just topped up-no queues.

Most of them only know the history since " Wor Kev's" era. That's when the proper Mags got priced out the stadium, phase 2 is on now with the Saudi masters putting up the tickets again.

NUFC fans had a veneer of arrogance, looked non plussed and massively disinterested when I tried to discuss dem Blades.
Couldn’t have been more different with Makems and Boro, clubs and fans in our own image.

There's only the likes of Coventry and Shrewsbury that like them, aye I know the area mate, I sometimes go shopping or to a gig in Newcastle, I've got mates though that even go to Manchester for flights etc, they only go to Newcastle for the Derby. Lol.

I worked in Newcastle for a short time. Nice place, but up there football means Newcastle United and Newcastle United means football. Not much scope for conversation…

I don’t think balloons or inflatables are aloud at Wembley anymore (unless you smuggle them) believe it or not so Dorito’s it is
