Yes the key is patience. We need two or three but they will need to time to gel.

Given the news of the last 48 hours I'm amazed people were so downbeat after the game yesterday. The new era has only just begun, give it a chance! We know the team isn't good enough at the moment, that's why they've been looking for a way to fix it.
