Sounds like it’s more 4-3-2-1 than 4-3-3. The squad seems to suit his system reasonably well, ignore Holding and Robinson, had to pop someone in to make the team up.

Brooks could operate behind the striker in one of the ten positions. We wouldn’t have to recruit the wingers to fit the current system although we wouldn’t likely need 3x centre backs.

Darling would be obvious move given his ball playing ability.
