Nothing that isn't covered in that video! Think he'd be a great fit though. The advanced wing-backs suit Burrows and Seriki better than a back 4. High-press system is also perfect for O'Hare and Campbell. Only issue would be finding 2/3 ball-playing centre backs, as only Anel would fit at the moment.

I like this guy. Using a quite inventive variation on a back 3, plenty of movement off the ball, lots of overloads to pressure defences. All sounds good on paper, and players all speak fondly of him.

Only concern would be how that tactic might translate to the English game, were he to end up as our manager. Seems at risk of being exposed at the back with so much offensive pressure.

No doubting it would be fun to watch though.
