I quite enjoyed the bit where he takes the piss out of Buchan for 'saying I have to ask you this' - 'don't let them bully you'.

He's probably not in the mood for an interview by Buchan who asks such stupid questions, which most modern day media people do these days.

I know they all have to take it in turns of covering Blades and Pigs matches/interviews with the players and managers, but if it was me I'd just tell them I don't want Buchan to interview me in the future.

What were the stupid questions? Must have missed them.

Thought George Baldock comes across fantastic in his interview.

He is. Great kid and a top player, too. Deserves his place on merit, even if Freeman was around - and that takes some doing after how good he was last season.

Its pressure, everything we have done so far is crazy.
With the media hyping and hyping us up, and expectations getting bigger and bigger, it can be very overwhelming.

i don't think CW is trying to manipulate the situation at all. by our recent standards we 'were' crap for a twenty minute spell at bellend road

It’s all relative, mate. We were still too good for Leeds.

My own view is that Tufty is making sure standards don’t slip. These admirable players have set a very high baseline and we no longer do ‘crap’. I think they deserve forgiveness for the odd lapse from perfection.

That said, did I really see Coutts-Royce give the ball awaaaaaay? I assumed it was a ghost from the past given the approach of Halloween...

Don't really get the Buchan hate. Also, can't say I heard any resentment from Chris towards him.
