I’m not defending Norwood! His legs have gone and he’s not good enough.

Absolutely spot on. Fitness is a huge issue. How many times this season have we seen players going down with cramp. It shouldn't happen, especially as we are not playing at a high tempo and they had a break for a week or so.

The problem is 2 fold

We don’t have the players to see out a game, any team 3-1 up at home should hold the lead

However this is compounded by CW making the same shit decisions - if he brings Brooks on, minimum he covers ground, Norwood hasn’t the athleticism, and at least CW would say he didn’t make the same mistake as last time by bringing on Norlegs

We need a reset of the club in the summer, hopefully this starts with PA, squad overhaul and a new manager with fresh ideas.
