The main issue is they appointed the wrong person. I wouldn’t say I’m pro or anti wilder but if you are removing a manager you have to make sure it’s the right replacement. We got the results last season with some insipid performances but you can’t argue that you don’t get to where we got over the season by fluke. 2nd time round he bottled it at the end. Lost the plot at Plymouth completely.

Did great bringing in Cannon and was fantastic with Holding. The squad has changed so much the loan players gone, Souza, Brewster, Anel, Robbo and Moore gone. It isn’t the same squad that Wilder had. We have a bunch of individuals that need work to be able to gel as a squad
