Ultimately only the board and interested parties will know what conversations were had. The board could have put out their 25/26 plan or advised as no promotion in 24/25, they are looking to replace unless you adapt to x,y,z. Ultimately the appointment of Selles and the preparation of giving him a preseason without the squad he actually started the season with was another failureThat thought it was a marvellous idea to get rid of Wilder. You got it so so wrong.
Selles being a disaster doesn’t mean that Wilder going was wrong. I think some are getting confused by what our ultimate goal is for a club of our size - to build a squad capable of staying up and competing in the Prem with a clear playing identity and transfer strategy. No one us saw us staying up under Wilder 2.0.That thought it was a marvellous idea to get rid of Wilder. You got it so so wrong.
I mean literally lost his first 5 games as well didn't he?For the millionth time...
No, we wouldn't have lost the first six games of the season with Wilder.
That doesn't mean he should have stayed.
It was time for him to go.

Thought we lost 5 in a row and were bottom one season, maybe not his first.Wilder?
No.
Not really.
Final year of parachutes.
It probably was the right move to stick with Wilder for this season.
I wanted to stick, but fully understood the reasons for a twist.
In hindsight though, these owners have had a stinker.
If you can’t see the difference between wanting to get rid of Wilder and incompetent decisions in his replacement then you’re a bit simple..That thought it was a marvellous idea to get rid of Wilder. You got it so so wrong.
Do you not think there’s a reason he’s out of work?Out of work, plenty to prove, rested, knows a lot of the players.
If they parted on reasonable terms, a return makes sense.
fuck off with this shit. It's boring as fuck.Out of work, plenty to prove, rested, knows a lot of the players.

Because Selles is a better coach and manager, a culture setterDo you not think there’s a reason he’s out of work?

Hard to argue with that. I didn't want Wilder sacked but understood why some were unhappy. I wanted Selles to succeed and was happy to listen to those who were saying it's time to move on from Wilder. Well the results, performances and chaos speak for themselves don't they? There's only one man that can reverse this shit show in double quick time. Get on the phone to Wilder COH, and get him back, now.
Evening Chris.Out of work, plenty to prove, rested, knows a lot of the players.
