Sorry, I didnt realise you had to have joined ages ago to react to the usual suspects . Been a watching brief for ages and decided to join recently, just to respond to people like you. I've never met CW but over the past 4 and a bit years, like most Unitedites, I've grown to like him.

Has anyone considered that he might have had to leave for the sake of his own health? Increasingly, over the last couple of months, he looked like a broken man so I'm glad he left when he did. .

The break will do him good. He'll come back better than before. Regretably, it won't be with us.

Wilder did fantastic in getting us to the PL and our first season there was far better than anyone could have hoped. However, the last 12 months have been absolutely pathetic and Wilder has lumbered us with a squad barely good enough for the top half of the championship. His statement unsurprisingly makes no mention of his alarming inability to change things when it all went pear-shaped.
