They were terrible, until we decided to score and then open the game up for them and realise our midfield can’t do box to box and our defenders can’t defend the 6 yard box

I know It's an old cliche, but it was a game of two halves. The first half both teams were shit. The second half we scored first (at a bad time I think, CW was thinking of making subs, then stopped, the rest is history, he fucked it up), Swansea then went on to give us a lesson in fast attacking football, using wing backs and talent to expose us, we got of light, 1-2 flattered us. Wilder really has to sort his shit out out, no good blaming transfer let downs etc. HIS tactics lost us that game. Swansea were by far the better team, with the better manager on the day.

As much as it pains me to say but i think you're right Ricky.

The absolute reason i've loved CW so much as manager is that he's, so far, gone out to win every game playing the way he wants to play and not giving a fuck about who the opposition is.

Yes it's cost us points at times, Bristol City springs to mind, but it's won us more points than it's lost us and a win and a loss is still worth more than 2 draws, which seems to have been his philosophy.

If he starts trying to out think himself and his selections then there is only one way we're heading and it's not upwards.

Let's all be honest he messed up with the starting line up on Saturday. If he sees the error of his ways then great but if he starts being stubborn then we could be in for a long hard season.

He's showing signs of becoming stubborn and that concerns me. It's never a good sign with managers. I think his ego's also grown considerably, which is dangerous.

I don't like how he's insisted he was right with team selection, and I don't like the way he dismisses suggestions of foreign scouting.

I thought Swansea went at us 4-3-3, a good counter formation to play against ours. Their midfield 3 nullified ours, our front two didn’t trouble their CB’s, and their front three, who looked lively throughout (but raw) went up two gears when they brought montero on.

I’m not being sensatalist, but it worries me what we honestly saw in the shit we brought in January and still we persist with them, and the lack of pace being seeming ignored. We’ve got one out on loan & it’ll end up as a contract pay off, we’re fooling ourselves that Leonard is a championship standard RCB and we’re currently debating which one of Evans and Lunny is the least shitest.

Brooks was a square peg for CW’s round holes. And bugger me, he’s basically brought in the same type of player in Woodburn. Whose natural position is wide in the 3 of a 4-2-3-1, but can be utilised off a lone CF.

I have a very, very nasty feeling that JO’C will go very late to Brighton in the window and leave us with no time to buy. It wouldn’t surprise me either if fleck gets his head turned as well.

I’m fearing bottom six by Xmas, and I seriously hope that Leeds have collapsed before we play them, otherwise, going on yesterday’s performance, they’re going to do a Fulham v.1 on us.

I’m reyt f’cking down in the dumps at the moment.

Chris wears his heart on his sleeve, for better or worse, when things go well he really shows it. I'd probably be more worried if he didn't seem arsed

I think you're right about CW. Well I hope you are and he gets his mojo back. I'm assuming losing out on Waghorn, the heat and everyone he's talked to since Saturday telling him he picked the wrong team will have made him a little sensitive.

I just wish he hadn't said we were happy to settle for a draw at 1-1 and we needed to give the opposition respect when considering team selection. Thats not the up and at em CW we all know. Come back the "We're going for it" positive CW please.
