Wilder on Richairo...

Depends on who Player B is doesn’t it?

Would someone like Jack O’Connell, who other players have said has the attitude to be always in the gym and constantly putting in 110% in training, post something like that on social media? Probably not.

Again, not having a go at Moose for having a social life, footballers aren’t robots, but it does show the difference in character.
I think you’re reading too much into what players post on social media.

Wilder has previously praised how much work Mousse was getting through in games. Lunny, like Mousse has had a dip in form which resulted in what looked like a lack of energy in games. Like mousse, Lunny relies on high energy, multiple sprints, physicality to win the ball.

If the commitment, character, determination and fitness of players wasn’t there, they wouldn’t be at the club.

Wilder said both loanees have an option to buy. It's also been stated many times that the fitness levels we expect from players are very high compared to other clubs. I'm sure Zivkovic will be given a chance to make an impact on the first team but just having him here training with us is a good opportunity for Wilder to decide if he wants to take a punt on him.

They should all spend a week at the Royal Marines Commando Training Centre at Lympstone. The M+Ms, who are always skulking at the back in training, should always be at the head of the column when they are cutting about as a squad.
Make men of them. 👅

Letw just leave it to wilders staff , the fitness coaching has been pretty good this season so far, wouldn't you say!

How long do they get in pre-season?

Start middle of July for kick off mid August?

He arrived 31st Jan, missed Bournemouth and had warm weather training in Dubai.

He'll probably miss the Brighton match and could play some first team football in the Cup, then Villa is off. Could possible get a few minutes in the U23s. Not really that different to the usual pre-season once March starts.

Hoping the richario signing really spurs him on as for me the guy really.seems to lack motivation.
We need two players of his ilk as he is not fit enough to last 90 mins or play twice a week

He seems to lack heart which is a shame as he is probably the most naturally gifted player I've ever seen at bdtbl
Think people hoping he will be better next sesson after a strong pre season will be dissapointed
Agree about Mousett, I feel he may be just naturally lazy & have been saying this for a while. When he comes on it's not long (if things don't go right straight away) before he's walking back from attacks. That's not a lack of fitness.

Player A eats burger and chips in international break and puts it on social media

Player B eats burger and chips in international break and doesn’t put it on social media

Which player is the more committed and inspirational?

I am player B and the burger was very nice.😋

I am inspiring a generation of future footballers.

Player C?

What have I won?

He recently put a picture up on his Instagram story where he was out having burgers, chips, cola etc. I’m not having a go at him for this at all, Wilder was probably all up for letting him relax, but it doesn’t exactly look great when he’s been off the pace fitness wise all season.

We all want him to reach his potential because he’ll be our best player if he does. He’ll only do this if he puts in the desire and commitment to improving his fitness. He needs to look at Baldock and Lundstram for inspiration there.
Blimey you'll have them on bread and water before long.
He may not have played for us yet but they had some free time and the occasional burger and trimmings wont do him any harm.
All training is donewithGPS tracking so levels of fitness are monitored 24/7.doasnt look like a lad who carries excess baggage and he's come to earn a contract so I think we can trust him to leave no stone unturned in his drive to get up to speed..

I think you're talking about a different person?!

I think you're talking about a different person?!
Same shit, different player. I know that if a player starts taking the piss with his fitness and diet he won’t be getting a look in under Wilder. The rest is just noise and nonsense.

I keep reading about Mousset and a "dip in form" and laziness and I feel like I'm missing something because I haven't seen it.

I had an Urban burger this weekend.
Proper game changing burger that was. A "think Liverpool" burger if ever there was one.

We all know someone like Mousset. The lad probably likes his junk food, probably lacks willpower and will always be a bit chubbier than he ought to be.

If he could have ten years of discipline then he's a superstar. Otherwise he's what he is now, an occasional hero who shows flashes of brilliance. I would have said cult hero but they tend to be likeable but a bit shit.
