I've got it balanced to where I am happy, TBH. I have tried it with 'flat line' and in honesty, the skill levels they award our players and their key abilities are way, way off what they could and should be, especially matched against similar teams at Champ level even. I've played Burton Albion for example and they are spraying passes across the pitch and playing link play like Barcelona whilst our players are struggling to get ten metres on a though ball without being intercepted and dispossessed or putting attempts on goal into the back row. Mind you, on today's performance, maybe I should reset the whole lot!

The 'characterisations' of players is pretty clever - Brooks for example runs like Brooks. Even for us there's little observations the creators have made which reflect our players. But with 19 it seems like every player has been out on the piss the night before and the opposition are on pure oxygen and steroids.
