Difficult to make a difference with some of that squad. Bindon, Ogbene, Barry etc are unfortunately not good enough and need to be replaced in January. As for McGuiness and some of the other permanents

I agree with the original poster, however what I will say is that there are 2 full months of football to come before Jan and I don’t wanna keep hearing in press conferences the constant references/implications towards what’s happened in the summer.

You took the job knowing the squad, and you should only do that if you think you can do good things with the current squad, not just come back and complain how you wish the squad was better.

Even Pederson at pigs doesn’t complain and look at the shit show he’s working with.

We were shit last season with Wilder's boys, we're shit this season with a different team. There's only one constant here. He has overall accountability for our results (but obviously doesn't take ANY accountability whatsoever).

He needs to go, and this time he simply can't come back. He's now failed consistently since the 2020/21 season. He's a multimillionaire and needs to retire to spend the rest of his days in a pub without embarrassing the club further.
