Shows how wrong it is when we are basically mourning this !The negotiation tactic spouted in the press yesterday makes a bit more sense now i guess.
Agreed, people who saying they're done with the club now are just throwing out cheap talk or were never really blades. We support the red and white wizards no matter who's in charge, no matter who the board is. Let's mourn and move on!![]()
No such thingIs it too early to have a drink??
All about opinionsWhat if he's obstinately refusing to compromise on the direction of the club? His recruitment, his tactics and his stubbornness have cost us this season. If he's refusing to change that, why shouldn't the owner sack him? If I did that in my job I'd be shown the door without any payoff at all.
All about opinions
HRH said he deserved the opportunity to take the club back to the PL
HRH knows the parameters CW operates to, so why say what he said if HRH now wishes to operate differently? Furthermore, if CW says he can’t accept HRH new criteria I would’ve expected him to walk not be sacked.
Time will tell
He hasLoad of poo he's not gone
I have a horrible feeling it will be frank lampardThe scary thing is that, on paper, there is no realistic option (Rafa Benitez, Eddie Howe aren't coming) that is better than Wilder. And, based on recent events, there is every chance that the board will be looking for a yes man. Welcome Alan fucking Pardew.
Watch Hecky win a few games and get the job permanently
My gut feeling tells me you're onto something there.I have a horrible feeling it will be frank lampard
I think the prince wants a big name , and a young up and coming forward thinking manager, whilst frank isn't a big name in management he is one of the biggest in terms of playing career, I've just shuddered at the thought of frank with uncle Harry as his number 2.........and Niko krankjaer in our midfieldMy gut feeling tells me you're onto something there.
The prince gives them exclusive telephone interviews on the regular I’m not surprised it’s them. And it’s also not a good thing he does that.I have always loathed Talk Sport.
Trust these lot to break the news.
A sad day.![]()
We don’t know who is available outside the UKThe scary thing is that, on paper, there is no realistic option (Rafa Benitez, Eddie Howe aren't coming) that is better than Wilder. Fair enough. I'd read initially that it was by mutual consent which is obviously different to walking away. Still gutted.Resigned and given up more than two years of big money at championship level. That's the integrity of the man. My view is they've been trying to force him out in preseason to save the cash from his pay off, and CW has just resigned and saved them the bother. That's the integrity of the bloke. You wouldn't catch me doing that; I'd be taking some of the riches I made with me. He's got out of what is a pretty toxic working environment from the top down. The replacement is by definition a yes man or he wouldn't be the next man. See the pigs and the manager that have turned them down. That's us now.
Darren Moore?Someone I know did mention this a few days ago to me and I chose to not believe them...
Same person also said that we're looking for a BAEM manager as his successor so I don't know what to make of that either.
Thoughts?
