For me the priority is to put out an eleven man TEAM out against Charlton.
In recent matches we fielded 11 players, but very rarely did they play as a team.

Nor sure why everyone's so keen to start McGuinness? Burrows was absolutely fine in a back 4 last season, right back is the real question mark and it's a shame it wasn't sorted in the summer with a permanent signing given that it was a place that we plugged with THREE loanees last season, so clearly a weak point.
Soumaré joined us with a far better reputation than Matos so I think we need to give him the nod. Offensively I'd forgive and forget everything we've seen under Selles and go with the best attacking players of last season (that are still with us). Any failure to perform from them and we've got the new recruits like Ogbene, Ings, Chong and Barry to fall back on.
