do our players make so many mistakes?
Is it because we over pass, so the mistakes are more likely to happen?
Coming back from the game and chatting about it, i stated that it was not the managers fault that the players make those glaring errors. Thing is , it his his job to learn the players limitations so how long will it take him to do this.
We gave them all three goals today. Not much difference in the teams but we looked far less proffessional.

Ah there it is, that killer phrase. Last week it was 'Not much difference in the teams but they took their chances/had Nakhi Welles' etc. I remember it a lot when we got relegated from the Championship too. Being competitive in games but being too leaky and one end and too profligate at the other.

I'm not even saying you're wrong, I'm sure you're not, but all relegated teams since the dawn of time (bar perhaps Derby in the Premiership) we're forever saying 'there wasn't much difference but...'.

I'd be very happy with the passing game but this bunch make so many mistakes I can't see us prevailing in many games.

Weir said foremost the current players will all get a chance and just about everybody has. Surely he now knows that at least half a dozen need shipping out.

Use of the loan system is now crucial for us

If our goal is promotion then five of the players that started today shouldn't be anywhere near the club.

They are not good enough. It's as simple as that.

The further the ball is away from your goal, the less likely you concede a goal. RovRum did more defending from the front in the 2nd half forcing our defenders to lose possession too often

Quite simply, if we don't get rid of the players responsible for getting and keeping us here then we won't improve.

I can't tell you how much i despise Doyle and the sooner he leaves the better. The moment he joined the club we dropped like a stone. He is an awful leader and lacks discipline to hold his position in front of the back four so when we do lose the ball high up teams have acres of space to run into.

I am willing to give Weir time, but keeping Doyle as his captain has been his biggest mistake for me. If Weir is unwilling to drop him, just send him round to my house and I will do it for him.

Collins is average but he has been better than Maguire for the last 15 months.

maguire at fault again for one of the goals. mcmahon gives away a needless penalty. that said the back four are the same as last season and they werent to blame for our faiklures. we havent addressed the midfield properly, more so we have lost the best creative player and are trying to get greatness out of average players both in midfield and upfront
