“Nothing to do with systems”

The most successful managers / coaches now are all capable of adapting to the opposition whether it’s before a game or in-game. Whereas we’ve been doing the same thing over and over again without much success, or a clear idea of what we’re actually trying to do.

We’ve won 3 in 8 since Wilder came back, so an improvement but still results that would keep us around the relegation zone over a season.

We need to accept that we’re a poor side & what we’re doing isn’t working. We’re not a good side in a bad patch anymore like we were at the end of last season - we’re just a bad side. We need to change the approach somehow & adapt to what gives us the best chance of getting results in each game, because doing the same thing over and over again regardless of opposition is madness - sure we’ll pick up the odd win as we’ve seen, but we’ll then lose 2 more.

I just don’t see that we’re learning lessons & trying to change anything other than the odd player here and there.
