You could argue there all as bad as each other

Prince for jus selling us to anyone
EFL for allowing this to happen
The new owners of course for trying to pull a fast one

The problem is its the fans, the players, and staff that gets punished. I find that unfair, i'm still hopeful it gets resolved before a points deduction, or an embargo, seems like that's the only option from what the media is saying. If they are to be trusted that is.

southampton got a 10 point deduction for something similar a few years ago i have read

Best We get the players in we need before and embargo asap. as an embargo is easier and quicker to be imposed as a starting point by the EFL.

As fans we are powerless. Who do we turn against? Other than moaning about it, anything we do (like withdrawing support) cuts our own throats.
For fans supporting a team is (sadly) a major part of our lives - whereas the owners see it as an ego trip - which went wrong in this case.

Just hope the majority of Wednesday Fans are a bit humble if a deduction happens to us. A lot of Blades, me included, thought that it was unfair on the Wednesday fans what happened to them last season through no fault of their own. I look at it through a business perspective also. If both teams are reasonably successful, it brings money and investment into the City. Helps local businesses etc.

I’m getting quite worried now, but the efl and the Prince are blameless.
They had the money, it was legitimate and well known where it came from are they were both respected and successful businessmen.
Unfortunately for whatever reason they seem to have quickly lost interest and only they can answer why.
I’m guessing they thought we would go up and then their AI model would piss the league, they failed on both counts and don’t seem to want to pick up the pieces.
Maybe there are disagreements between the investors as well which means there is no way forward.
Either way we are in trouble and I would take the Prince back tomorrow as a safe-ish pair of hands in the interim were the efl to demand the club is sold to pay him what he’s owed.

What a shitshow

All we can do is get behind the team and staff as we are probably going to need every point we can scrape just to stay up.

Somebody will find a way to blame Wilder for this mess.
I agree but he (in this instance) is not to blame, just the incompetent (polite) owners, who are clueless. I just wonder why all this has happened? They both (allegedly) are billionaires so why? Cleary they never had an interest in soccer? Sorry, don't get it!

It's the arrogance and non communication of these American owners that pisses me off...they have set us back years from the sacking and then re employing Wilder to this,it would be nice to hear from Bettis but suppose he cant say anything without their say so that's if he knows anything???
