In truth it was a combination of factors - loans - players like Jordan Stewart and Nyron Nosworthy -cringe. As well as being rubbish they didnt give a flying *** and I think that had an effect on the dressing room. The constant changes of manangers cant have helped and with the possible exception of John Carver I dont think they were respected. Quinn's comments about DW are telling. i also think although I wouldnt have named and shamed paddy kenny the fact we held the job open for a year and then he was offski didnt help. I voted for adams - rabbit in the headlights and embarassing.

Combination of poor decisions by directors, Kevin has to take his share of the blame, but equally Turry Robinson who was equally star struck in the Robson fiasco, and Trevor Birch whose management style ripped the heart out of Bramall lane and ostracised alot of key employees. Here's to a good week and a corner turned. For those who haven't read it, you should read Matthew Bell and Gary Armstrongs book Fit and Proper, it is a cracking read and looks back on the woeful management of our club at a board level. Unfortunately it appears not a lot has changed!

My simple request to Directors would be "don't treat us like idiots, don't try and put spin on it, say it as it is and most Blades will support you". Sadly this hasn't been happening in the last few years.

mcbobar is to blame-but-
he may rectify himself in the manager he`s brought in-we are all eating our words at the moment.

McCabe mainly of repeating the mistake of the season before by allowing too many loan players.
