Up Dave Richards bum

I am sure this type of structure and ownership arrangements are primarily designed to separate the most valuable asset, BDTBL from the football trading company in the event of insolvency/liquidation. An approach designed to protect the ground from claims by creditors.
This arrangement makes good commercial sense, and is a well used strategy in business.
`So who owns Hillsborough ?

It can work like that, or it can be used as an asset stripping technique for the personal gain of greedy individuals who want the land and don't care about the club. Blade Too Long is talking rubbish by saying whoever owns the club owns the ground as there have been a number of cases where that wasn't the case.
Rotherham ended up at Don Valley because their former owner still owned Millmoor, York's directors transferred ownership of Bootham Crescent away from the club supposedly to protect it from potential bankruptcy, but then sold the club, retained ownership of the ground, then sold it off to Persimmon for housing and pocketed the cash for themselves. Wrexham's owner tried to turn the Racecourse Ground into a housing estate. There's no reason to suspect that McCabe would ever screw us over like that, but if he were to sell his stake in the football club, he'd have absolutely no obligation to sell Bramall Lane as well.
All true, but if an owner wants to fuck a club up, there's a million ways in which they can do it.It can work like that, or it can be used as an asset stripping technique for the personal gain of greedy individuals who want the land and don't care about the club. Jim MorrisonSo who owns 20th century fox then ?
Now don't you go giving Kevin any ideas.again I post sufc is now 50% mccabe and 50% prince so 65 k a year 5500 quid
a month is peppercorn for such a huge site as bramall lane
if you consider the terraced houses on shoreham street would fit 20 times over in the area we cover and they pay 400 a month say so 5 k a year rent for 500 houses be a million a year for housing there and that if its 100 year old properties
And as McCabe is half owner hes sending himself a bill, which will only be for tax purposes.
when you consider our club shop would have to pay 65 k a year in parts of
the city centre in rent its nothing

Finance whizz on BM looking at the latest accounts reckons the rent is now £320k
When looking at our drop in turnover, that is considerable
The Prince has no stake in SU Ltd only the FC.
The Scarborough Trust ie the McCabe family owns the company that owns the ground. The Prince has a 50% stake in its subsidiary SUFC ltd.
